The Edelux II runs on any 6 V AC hub dynamo and puts out a steady, flicker-free beam even at walking pace, climbing to 100 lux at speed. The wide beam spreads light evenly across the road right in front of the bike and still reaches well into the distance, making it equally at home on unlit country roads and in city traffic. A strong standlight keeps you lit when you stop and switches off on its own after about 4 minutes.
