Bespoked 2025 Concept Bike: New Adventure MTB

Tout Terrain new adventure hardtail MTB concept bike at Bespoked 2025

Presented for the first time at Bespoked 2025 in Dresden, this adventure MTB concept is one of three exclusive concept bikes we showed this year — and the one that generated the most questions on the show floor.

It's a hardtail that doesn't ask you to choose between ripping flow trails on Saturday and loading up for a week-long bikepacking route on Sunday.

Versatile. Fast. Unstoppable.

A Thermocrom CrMo steel frame with modern geometry, bikepacking-ready mounting points, and the kind of component spec you'd expect from a purpose-built race bike. This isn't a touring bike with aggressive tires. It's a proper MTB that happens to go on adventures.

Intend Upside Down suspension fork on Tout Terrain adventure MTB

Intend Upside-Down Fork

Made by Intend Bike Components in Freiburg — the same city as the Tout Terrain factory. The inverted (USD) design offers improved stiffness and reduced unsprung weight, with mounting bosses for bikepacking bags. Maximum control under full load.

Classified J-Bend rear hub detail on adventure MTB Classified 2-speed hub system close-up

Classified J-Bend Hub — 20 Gears, Zero Compromises

The Classified 2-speed hub is integrated into a standard 1x MTB drivetrain — giving you two distinct gear ranges at the flick of a button. Combined with Shimano XTR 12-speed, that's 20 unique gear combinations with a chain line that stays perfectly straight. Smaller steps, wider range, and nothing hanging off the rear derailleur that can get hit by a rock.

Shimano XTR 12-Speed Di2

Precise electronic shifting, every time. The XTR Di2 shifts instantly under load — no missed shifts when you're pushing hard out of a technical section or dropping into a steep descent.
